Ready to kick off your summer with a challenge that’s fun, flexible, and 100% yours? Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, the XVR SUMMER RUN 2025 is your time to shine. There is no pressure—just pure movement, good vibes, and awesome rewards.

📌 Registration:
- Regular Registration: 16 – 30 April 2025

📌 Event Details:
- Distances: 10 KM (Virtual Run);
- Slots: Limited to 200 participants (First come, first served)
- Recording Timeline: 1st May – 20th May 2025
- Cut-Off Time: No Cut-Off Time – Everyone Can Run! New runners, this is your moment! No pressure, just pure joy—walk, jog, or run at your own pace. Every step matters.

1️⃣ Level-1 (Early Bird): 8 – 15 April 2025

2️⃣ Level-2 (Regular Registration): 16 – 30 April 2025
Registration Fee: 599 TK

⚠ Note: Slots are limited! Register before the slots run out.

📌 Submission & Assessment Criteria:
1) Confirmation: You’ll get a confirmation via Email within 48 hours.
2) Run Tracking App: Strava will be the official app to record your runs.
3) E-BIB: Your E-BIB will be delivered via Email before the event starts.
4) Virtual Run Period: 1st May – 20th May 2025
5) Complete the 10km distance in a maximum of three(3) attempts within the time limit. The minimum distance to run per attempt must be a minimum of 3 KM.
6) Podium spots are for single-attempt finishers only.
7) Submit your run information through the form provided after registration.
8 ) Run Data Submission: 1st May – 25th May 2025.

⚠ Note: Violating event guidelines may result in disqualification.

📌 Important Information for Participants:
- Registration is non-transferable & non-refundable.
- XVR reserves the right to change event details or disqualify participants if necessary.
- No Run, No Souvenir! You must submit your run data before the deadline to claim your earned rewards.
- ⚠ Note: The event authorities will not be responsible if you are unable to run due to physical illness or if you are unable to record and submit your run within the specified time.
- ⚠ Note: After running within the given time, the run data must be saved with event name, E-BIB number, and hashtag #XVR_XVirtualRace #XVRSummerRun. (Your E-BIB will be delivered via Email before the event starts.)
- Delivery Charge for Medal & Goodies: 130 TK (pay on delivery – all over Bangladesh).
